Return & Exchange Policy

• You can return or exchange items within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• For replacements, you need to ship the item to our address:

• You can also inform us via contact details or WhatsApp, and we will process the replacement.
• Delivery/shipping charges for replacement are paid by the customer.
• You can open the parcel at delivery to check your order.
